MS OS/2 version 1.2 changes
 
KBDTRF_EXTENDED_CODE is a possible value for the fsStatus field and
indicates that the scan code is an extended code, not a character.
 
The constants for the fbStatus field are now preceded with KBDTRF_. The
constants for the fsState field are now preceded with KBDSTF_.
