UTILITIES SPELLING

Procedures: <Spelling procedures>

Use the Utilities Spelling command to check and
correct spelling and check for misplaced
punctuation marks.

■ When you check spelling, Word automatically
  suggests corrections for unknown words.

■ You only have to correct a misspelled or unknown
word once. Thereafter, the corrected word will
be automatically corrected each time it is
  found.

■ Word has three types of dictionaries. You can
  add:
  * Words you use frequently to the standard
    dictionary.
  * Words associated with a group of documents to
    a user dictionary.
  * Words associated with a specific document to
    a document dictionary.
