UTILITIES HYPHENATE
 
Procedures: <Hyphenating text>
 
Use the Utilities Hyphenate command to
automatically insert an <optional hyphen> in
words that can be divided at the end of a line.
 
■ The Hyphenate command inserts a hyphen in a
  word only if the word will be divided at the end
  of a line during printing.
 
■ To show optional hyphens on the screen, turn
  on the Optional Hyphens check box in the
  Preferences dialog box.
 
■ To prevent a word from being hyphenated,
  insert an optional hyphen at the end of the word
  by pressing Ctrl+Hyphen.
