EDIT GLOSSARY
Procedures: <Using glossaries>
Use the Edit Glossary command to copy text or
graphics to a <glossary> file, or to insert a
glossary entry into the active document.
■ Store frequently used text under an abbreviated
name in a glossary file. For example, you can
save <boilerplate> text as a glossary entry
named Info. To insert this text in a document,
type Info, then press F3.
■ The supplied glossary entries (page, date, and
so on) are permanent glossary entries and
cannot be deleted.
■ You can assign glossary entries optional key
codes that let you insert the glossary entry
by typing the optional key combination.
