ENCLOSING MULTIPLE PARAGRAPHS IN A SINGLE BOX
Overview: <Format Borders command>
To enclose multiple paragraphs in a single box:
1. Select the paragraphs you want to enclose.
2. Choose Format Borders (Alt,T,B).
3. Under Border Type, select Lines and then turn
on Left and Right.
4. Choose OK.
5. Place the cursor in the first of the
paragraphs you want to box.
6. Choose Format Borders (Alt,T,B).
7. Under Border Type, turn on Top.
8. Choose OK.
9. Place the cursor in the last of the
paragraphs you want to box.
10. Choose Format Borders (Alt,T,B).
11. Under Border Type, turn on Bottom.
12. Choose OK.
