POSITIONING HEADERS AND FOOTERS
Overview: <Format Header/Footer>
Headers are preset to print 0.5 inch from the top
of the page and footers 0.5 inch from the bottom.
To position a <header> or <footer> vertically:
1. Select the header or footer paragraph.
2. Choose Format Header/Footer (Alt,T,H).
3. Choose the Options button.
4. In the Header Position From Top or Footer
Position From Bottom box, type a new
measurement.
5. Choose OK.
By <default>, headers and footers align at the
left margin.
To realign a header or footer:
1. Select the header or footer paragraph.
2. Choose Format Paragraph (Alt,T,P).
3. In the Alignment box, select Left, Center,
Right, or Justified.
4. Choose OK.
