SELECTING A DICTIONARY
Overview: <Utilities Customize command>
Word can check words in your document against
three different dictionaries: standard (main)
dictionary, document dictionary, and user
dictionary
To select a different dictionary:
1. Choose Utilities Customize (Alt,U,U).
2. Select a dictionary from the Speller Name list.
Dictionary filenames all have the .LEX
extension. If the dictionary you want is not in
the current directory, choose the appropriate
directory from the Directories list.
3. Choose OK.
