LOOKING UP SYNONYMS FOR A WORD
 
Overview: <Utilities Thesaurus command>
 
To look up synonyms for a word in a document:
1. Select or place the cursor on the word you
   want to find a synonym for.
2. Choose Utilities Thesaurus (Alt,U,T).
3. In the Definitions list, select the word you
   want to see a list of synonyms for.
 
You can type a word in the Synonyms For box to
see a list of synonyms for the word without
returning to the document window.
To look up synonyms for a word you type:
1. Type the word you want to look up in the
   Synonyms For list.
2. Choose Synonyms.
3. In the Definitions box, select the word you
   want to see a list of synonyms for.
 
To look up synonyms for a synonym or a definition:
1. Select the definition or synonym you want to
   look up in the Definitions or Synonyms list.
2. Choose the Synonyms button.
 
You can choose the Original button to go back to
the first word you looked up.
