SHOWING OR HIDING NON-PRINTING CHARACTERS
Overview: <View Preferences command>
You can choose to show or hide any of the
following: tabs, optional hyphens, paragraph
marks, spaces, and hidden text.
To show or hide any of these characters:
1. Choose View Preferences (Alt,V,E).
2. In the Non-Printing Characters box, turn the
check box on or off for the characters you want
to show or hide.
3. Choose OK.
To show all non-printing characters:
1. Choose View Preferences (Alt,V,E).
2. Turn on the Show All check box in the
Non-Printing Characters box.
3. Choose OK.
