Mlines Function

     Mlines («mlines»)
          Scrolls the window down as specified by the Vscroll switch.

     Arg Mlines («arg» «mlines»)
          Scrolls the window such that the line at the cursor is moved
          to the bottom of the window.
 
     Arg number Mlines («arg» number «mlines»)
          Scrolls the window down by <number> lines.
 
     Returns
 
     True:  Window scrolled.
     False: Invalid argument.
