Plines Function

     Plines («plines»)
          Scrolls the text up as specified by the Vscroll switch.

     Arg Plines («arg» «plines»)
          Scrolls the text such that the line at the cursor is moved to
          the top of the window.
 
     Arg <number> Plines («arg» <number> «plines»)
          Scrolls the text up by <number> lines.
 
     Returns
 
     True:  Text scrolled.
     False: Invalid argument.
