The WinIsWindow function determines whether a specified window is valid.
 
Parameter  Description

hab        Identifies the anchor block.
 
hwnd       Identifies the window whose validity is to be checked.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is TRUE if the window is valid or FALSE if it is not.
 
Comments
 
An invalid window is one which has been destroyed. If hwnd contains the
handle of an invalid window, or it contains the handle of something other
than a window, this function will return FALSE.
