An application sends an EM_QUERYCHANGED message to determine if the contents
of the entry-field control have changed since the last WM_QUERYWINDOWPARAMS
or EM_QUERYCHANGED message.
 
This message does not use any parameters.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is TRUE if the contents have changed since the last query
or FALSE if the contents have not changed or if an error occurred.
