VIEW RULER
 
Procedures: <Using the ruler>
 
Use the View Ruler command to turn the <ruler>
on and off.
 
■ Use the ruler to set paragraph indents and tab
  stops.
 
■ The ruler shows only the tab stops common to
  all selected paragraphs.
 
■ Press Ctrl+Shift+F10 to activate the ruler or
  click the ruler/ribbon icon (┴).
