CREATING AND SAVING A NEW GLOSSARY FILE
Overview: <Edit Glossary command>
A glossary file is a collection of glossary
entries. To create a new glossary file, you save
the old file under a new name and then add or
delete the glossary entries you want in the new
glossary file.
To create a new glossary file:
1. Choose Edit Glossary (Alt,E,O).
2. Choose Save Glossary (Alt+S).
3. Type a new glossary name with a .GLY suffix
in the File Name box.
4. Choose OK.
5. Choose Edit Glossary (Alt,E,O).
The glossary file shown is the new glossary
file.
6. Add or delete the glossary entries you want in
the new glossary file.
