REPLACING PARAGRAPH FORMATTING
 
Overview: <Edit Replace command>
 
To replace a particular paragraph formatting:
1. Choose Edit Replace (Alt,E,E).
2. Choose Replace Formatting Only (Alt+F).
3. Choose Paragraph (Alt+P).
4. Select the paragraph format you want to
   replace.
5. Choose Replace With.
6. Choose the replacement paragraph formatting.
7. Choose OK.
 
To repeat the replacement for the next
occurrence, press F4.
 
Note: If you do not want to be prompted to
      confirm each replacement, turn off Confirm
      Changes in the Replace dialog box.
