REMOVING PARAGRAPH FORMATS
 
Overview: <Format Paragraph command>
 
To remove a paragraph format:
1. Select the paragraph(s) you want to remove the
   formatting from.
2. Choose Format Paragraph (Alt,T,P).
3. In the Paragraph dialog box, turn off
   formatting options and/or change measurements
   for indents and line spacing.
4. Choose OK.
 
To remove all paragraph formatting using
a speed formatting key:
1. Select the paragraph(s) you want to remove the
   formatting from.
2. Press Ctrl+X.
   The paragraph(s) will be restored to the
   Normal (default) paragraph formatting.
