REMOVING A STYLE FROM TEXT
 
Overview: <Format Apply Style>
 
To remove a paragraph style:
■ Select the paragraph and press Ctrl+X.
 
To remove a character style and all direct
character formatting:
■ Select the text and press Ctrl+Spacebar.
 
To remove all styles from a document:
1. Choose Format Attach Style Sheet (Alt,T,A).
2. In the Style Sheet box, select the Detach
   option.
3. Choose OK.
4. Word asks if you want to convert to direct
   formatting:
   ■ Choose Yes if you want direct formatting.
   ■ Choose No to lose all formatting.
