ACCEPTING REVISIONS AND REMOVING REVISION MARKS
 
Overview: <Utilities Revision Marks command>
 
To accept revisions and remove revision marks:
1. Select the part of your document you want to
   remove revision marks from, or select the whole
   document to remove all revision marks.
2. Choose Utilities Revision Marks (Alt,U,M).
3. Choose the Accept Revisions button. Word:
    ■ Deletes all strikethrough text.
    ■ Removes the new text formatting applied to
      revised text.
    ■ Removes the revision bars.
4. Choose OK.
