SORTING PARAGRAPHS
Overview: <Utilities Sort command>
To sort paragraphs:
1. Select the paragraphs you want to sort.
2. Choose Utilities Sort (Alt,U,O).
3. In the Sort Order box, select Ascending or
Descending.
4. In the Key Type box, select Alphanumeric to
sort a list containing alphabetic characters
(for example, a list of names) or Numeric to
sort a list of numbers.
5. Choose Case Sensitive to sort capitalized
letters ahead of lowercase letters.
6. Choose OK.
