cursor where you want the spell check to begin.
2. Choose Utilities Spelling (Alt,U,S).
Unknown words are highlighted in the document
and displayed in the Spelling dialog box with
a list of suggested corrections.
3. When Word displays an unknown word, you have
four options:
■ Choose Change to enter the suggested
replacement of the word.
■ Select a different replacement from the
Suggestions list, and then choose Change.
■ Choose Ignore to leave the word as it is.
■ Choose Add to put the word in the current
dictionary and leave the word unchanged.
4. If you did not start the check at the beginning
of the document, when the spell check reaches
the end of the document, Word prompts you to
continue checking from the beginning of the
document.
To have Word remember how you corrected a word in
future Word sessions:
■ Choose Remember Correction. Word will
automatically make the same correction during
the rest of the current spell-checking session
and any future spell-checking sessions.
