CHECKING PUNCTUATION

Overview: <Utilities Spelling command>

Word can check for misplaced punctuation
characters when you check spelling.

To check punctuation:
1. Choose Utilities Spelling (Alt,U,S).
2. When Word presents an unknown word, choose the
   Options button.
3. Turn on the Check Punctuation box.
4. Choose OK to close the Spelling Options dialog
box. Word will check for misplaced punctuation
   characters during all spell-checking sessions
while this option is turned on.

Note: Spell checking is slower with this option
