POSITIONING, SIZING, AND SPACING A FRAME
Overview: <Format Position command>
To position, size, and add space around a
<frame>:
1. Move the cursor to the text or graphic
paragraph(s) you want to position.
For a graphic, move the cursor to
the .G. paragraph.
2. Choose Format Position (Alt,T,O).
3. In the Horizontal box, select the appropriate
position and Relative To options.
4. In the Vertical box, select the appropriate
position and Relative To options.
5. In the Distance From Text box, type a
measurement for the distance between the frame
and surrounding text.
6. In the Paragraph Width box, select or type a
measurement.
7. Choose OK.
