POSITIONING THE SAME OBJECT ON EVERY PAGE
Overview: <Format Position command>
To position the same object on every page:
1. If you want the paragraph(s) to appear
throughout the document or section, position
the paragraph at the beginning of the
document or section.
If you want the paragraph(s) to appear on
every page starting on a certain page,
position the paragraph before the page break
immediately preceding the page you want it
to start on.
2. Move the cursor to the paragraph(s) you want
to position.
3. Choose Format Header/Footer (Alt,T,H) and
select the options that apply.
For a graphic paragraph, move the cursor to
the .G. paragraph.
4. Choose OK.
5. Move the cursor to the text or graphic
paragraph(s) you want to position.
6. Choose Format Position (Alt,T,O).
7. In the Horizontal box, select the desired
position and Relative To options.
8. In the Vertical box, select the desired
position and Relative To options.
9. In the Distance From Text box, type a
measurement for the distance between the
frame and surrounding text.
10. In the Paragraph Width box, type or select a
measurement.
11. Choose OK.
